You are now on your own, where to from here?
As you may have experienced, working in tennis can be extremely rewarding but can be quite isolating whether you are a player or a coach.  How do you ensure that you are getting the most out of yourself and create a healthy balanced life for yourself?

How does the program work?

Change happens over time and therefore the program runs over 11 months with a weekly email every Monday with a task, focus question or reflection an often an accountable action.

The program is Emma Doyle’s own philosophy from over 20 years of coaching at all levels as well as a collaboration from her top influences: Anthony Robbins – The 6 Human Needs, Stephen Covey – 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Justin Herald – Rich Life, Natalie Ashdown – The Open Door Coaching Group, NLP training and finally Timothy Gallway – The Inner Game of Tennis.

You are required to ACT on certain items for one week and reflect / visualise and build on for other weeks. I hope you ENJOY the experience & growth.
